+These options are available for itineraries that include at least one night in Iceland. European itineraries will have options for hotel stays and rental cars.
To access the system, it's required that you have an Icelandair flight reservation. Then all you'll need is the 6-character confirmation code to get started. Please note: Once booked, there is a non-refundable $25.00 per person, per tour/hotel, change/cancel fee. As many hotels and tour operators charge for a tour or hotel that was canceled late, these charges will also be posted to your account.

Adding land arrangements to your reservation:
1 - Log in using your Icelandair 6-character confirmation/record locator and your last name. It may take several seconds for the system to retrieve your booking information.
2 - To add a land segment, click on the appropriate button displayed in the column on the left-side of the page, labeled Hotel, Car, Tour, etc. This will display your available land options.
3 – Different options will be displayed in the center of the screen with the name, prices, etc., of the associated options further to the right. Click on the name of the tour/hotel/etc. you wish to book.
4 – You will see a description of the option along with passenger names, date and credit card. You can deselect a name if everyone in the party won’t be taking part in the activity/tour/etc. The one date box next to the first passenger's name is for all in the party whose names are checked. If there is no credit card in the credit card box, choose Add Credit Card from the bottom of the list on the left and then click the Add Now button.
5 – Once you have chosen a date and credit card, click on Next.
6 – In the following box you have the option to enter in the name of the hotel you are staying in so tour companies will know where you pick you up prior to your tour. Click on Book Now.
7 – The next page is your itinerary page. This is where you can make your final selections before you purchase. You can deselect an option by ticking the blue check mark. Click Purchase Now to finalize the transaction.
8 – Note: You must check back in 24-48 hours to make sure your bookings have been confirmed. Once all is confirmed then you can proceed to print out your vouchers. Please make sure you take your vouchers with you on your trip!
