
If you wish to use Award Points to upgrade your ticket to Saga Class, you must already have a paid, reserved and confirmed seat (not on a waiting list) on the relevant flight. It is possible to apply for an upgrade on parts of flights, for example one way only.
- Upgrades cannot be converted back to points.
- Upgrades cannot be obtained for children under 16 years of age.
- Upgrades must be booked at an Icelandair's Sales office 24 hours prior to departure.
- Upgrades can not be arranged at check-in.
- BEST and SPEC fares are not available for upgrades.
