Members choose between two Award possibilities:
AMERICAN FLEX AWARD, or WORLDWIDE SELECT AWARD.

30.000 Award points are needed for one night accommodation including breakfast for two persons.

WHEN THE CALL IS MADE:
When calling Marriott members may be asked to give up the number on their certificate. We don´t send members their certificate until they have filled out this form. It is enough to send the Hotel this number before you arrive at the Hotel.

AFTER THE CALL IS MADE:  

Once you have got a confirmation number from Marriot please fill out this form to request your hotel certificate. This certificate is then mailed to you by registered mail. Therefore we need minimum 14-18 days notice. This certificate needs to be presented upon check in at the hotel. Otherwise you might be charged full price for you accommodation.
