Five Waters Ride - 6 nights in Iceland

From $2,957* per person double occupancy
Five Waters Ride - 6 nights in Iceland

This guided tour combines horseback riding along with sightseeing and is recommended for experienced riders. Overnight in farm houses and countryside hotels and spend your days fording rivers and lakes, and following the seashore. You‘ll also visit a beautiful waterfall and have the chance to bathe in a natural hot spring!

As an added benefit, try your hand at being an Icelandic cowboy! You'll switch horses several times during the day, so the "spares" will run free ahead of your group, and you can help herd them along if you wish!

During the tour, you will stay at Hvammur, a cozy family holiday farm. You do not need to worry about packing and repacking each day. Ideal family tour for experienced riders.

Recommended for Strong Intermediate Riders
Riders should be comfortable and in control at all gaits (walking, trotting, cantering) in open terrain. They should have a firm seat and be comfortable in the saddle for up to 7 hours a day.

  • Please let us know how much riding experience you have when booking

  • Pregnant women
  • People over 243 pounds in weight

Note: Rubber riding boots highly recommended since this tour involves riding through Lake Hop, along the edge of a beach and across unbridged rivers.
