Icelandair's websites have been designed to be accessible to all web users, irrespective of individual abilities and browser type. This statement, regarding information about accessibility of features, and levels of conformance to industry standards is applicable to all our websites with the exception of the Amadeus Booking Engine over which Icelandair has little control.

The Icelandair websites support all versions of Microsoft Windows 95 and higher.

Screen resolutions
The Icelandair website is designed for optimal use at resolutions between 800x600 to 1280x1024. We do however recommend using a screen of at least 1024x768 or higher.
Cookies
The Icelandair website requires the use of cookies. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer by websites that you visit. Plugins

Text resizing
This website allows you to resize the text on the pages. Two buttons are provided in the footer of the page to increase or decrease text size. This feature requires that you have JavaScript turned on in your browser preferences.
Additionally, some web browsers provide the ability to switch between alternative style sheets. There are five text size settings that can be set by using this feature: Default, Small, Large, Larger and Largest.
Access for the blind
Blind users are able to use their preferred peripherals for reading webs. Additionally, when blind users enter the sites they are specifically structured to ease navigability and use.

All pages on this site conform to the following standards where possible:
- W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines Single A. All pages on the site have been reviewed and comply with all priority 1 guidelines to the best of our knowledge.
- XHTML 1.0 Transitional. All pages on the site have been validated against the XHTML 1.0 Recommendation.
- CSS. All style sheets have been validated using the W3C CSS Validation Service
