Those who are at least 18 years old can apply for membership of the Frequent Flyer Club. Companies, societies and institutions cannot be members. By applying for membership the applicant authorises Icelandair to make use of all information recorded for marketing and publicity purposes. An application is only accepted if fully completed. Each member may only have one point account. A member may withdraw from the Frequent Flyer Club at any time by sending notification in writing, together with the cut-up card. All points accrued by the member are then rendered void.

No points can be awarded for flights taken before an application has been made for membership of the Frequent Flyer Club. A Saga Bonus card will be sent to the applicant after the first Icelandair flight has been entered on the account.
