What do I do if my card is lost or damaged?

The individual whose name appears on the card is deemed to be its holder. Only that individual is authorised to use it.

 
The card is not a credit card. The card is and remains the property of Icelandair. Members get their first Saga Bonus Card after the first points for an Icelandair flight have been registered.  Members shall notify Icelandair immediately if a card is lost or damaged. A fee of USD 7 will be charged to replace lost or damaged cards. Please contact the membership service phone at +354 50 50 777 or by e-mail icc@icelandair.is.

A new card will be sent within 4 weeks. Until the new card is received, the member is advised to keep all flight tickets in order to be able to prove, if necessary, that he has flown Icelandair while waiting for the replacement.
