Where can I see my point status?
Icelandair flights: Send a copy of the ticket and boarding pass to the Customer Club.
SAS flights: Send original boarding pass and photocopy of the ticket to the Customer Club.
Air Iceland and Icebird flights: Please contact Air Iceland on tel. +354 570-3030.
Car hire: Send a copy of the rental agreement to the Customer Club.
Amtrak: Send a copy of the ticket to the Customer Club.
Hotel accommodation: Send a copy of the hotel bill to the Customer Club.
Saga Boutique: Send the original receipt for the purchases to the Customer Club.
Please note that in order to get the points added automatically to your account it is important that your Saga number is registered when booking a flight or other services.
To see your points status, log onto your personal page “My Page” on www.icelandair.com using your username and password.
Members are advised to check their statements and ensure that all flights and other services have been recorded. Note that all tickets, boarding passes and receipts should be kept.
A member may apply for rectification of points status by sending a copy of the ticket and boarding pass to the Customer Club within six months of travel.
