Points are missing from my point statement?

A cardholder may apply for rectification of the points status by sending the relevant documents to the Customer Club within six months of the service being used. Points for Icelandair flights are credited 72 hours after the flight, while points from Icelandair partners are credited monthly.

Icelandair flights: Send a copy of your ticket and boarding pass to the Customer Club. 

Air Iceland and Icebird flights: Please contact Air Iceland on tel. +354 570-3030.

Car hire: Send a copy of the rental agreement to the Customer Club.

Hotel accommodation: Send a copy of the hotel bill to the Customer Club.

Saga Boutique: Send the original receipt for the purchases to the Customer Club.
