How do I sign up for a Username and Password for the Booking Engine?
Please go to the previous page titled “Travel Agents”. Please click on the link to complete the application form on top of the page. You will receive a Username and Password via e-mail within 72 business hours of signing up.
How do I book a Package including Air and Land with Icelandair?
Please access the link to the Booking Engine on the Icelandair Travel Agent page. After accessing, you will see three options for making a booking, please choose the option named “Packages”. Enter your ARC number and the Password you received after signing up, and you are ready to make the booking. Please see the Information page on the Icelandair Travel Agent page for further details.
How do I book a Hotel, Car, Tour or other land segments with Icelandair?
Please access the link to the Booking Engine on the Icelandair Travel Agent page. After accessing, you will see three options for making a booking, please choose the option named “Land Only”. Enter your ARC number and the Password you received after signing up, and you are ready to make the booking. Please see the Information page on the Icelandair Travel Agent page for further details.
How much is my commission, and when will I be paid?
As of February 1, 2006, travel agent commission is 10%. Travel agency commission will apply on land arrangements in Iceland, Icelandair Holidays packages to Iceland, and Stopover Programs. Travel agency commission will not be paid on land arrangements or Icelandair Holidays packages to other Icelandair destinations in Europe. The commission check will be received approximately one month after the passenger has completed travel.
Will documents be issued and mailed out?
The documents will be issued as E-Tickets and emailed to the agent who is making the arrangements.
