Delayed or lost baggage
We regret if your luggage did not arrive with you on your flight. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. Every effort will be made to restore your luggage to you as quickly as possible.
If after five days your luggage has not been restored to you, please submit a Baggage Inventory Form to us. This will enable us to make some further and more detailed inquiries. We kindly ask you to include size for clothing, colour and brand name of items if available.
Your full claim should be made within 21 days of issue of the report, for claim to be valid.
