Day1

Iceland awaits! Pack your bag with all your necessities (of the warm variety) and board your overnight Icelandair flight to Keflavík International Airport! Keep your eyes peeled as you just may see the northern lights dancing beside you, and don’t forget to share your photos using #MyStopover!

Day2

Welcome to Iceland! Check in to your Reykjavík hotel before exploring the charm and allure of the city’s Old Town and soaking in the Nordic vibe of the world’s northernmost capital. There's plenty of fantastic restaurants to grab a bite to eat, and we highly recommend checking out the day tours available for booking, including whale watching, horse riding, city tours and much more!

Day3

Tonight’s the night! Get in a full day of adventures before heading east from the capital city on the Warm Baths and Cool Lights tour. You’ll travel via the UNESCO site Þingvellir National Park to Laugarvatn Fontana Geothermal Baths to search for the stunning northern lights, enjoy a local culinary experience and of course spend time relaxing in the baths, steam rooms, lakes and pools of this increasingly popular attraction.

Please Note: The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon and their appearance cannot be guaranteed. If they are not seen this evening, contact your tour operator for a free booking on a northern lights tour the following night.

Day4

We highly recommending booking Iceland’s Golden Circle tour for a visit to the legendary Geysir geothermal area, a field of abundant hot springs, exploding geysers and bubbling mud pools. Plus, you’ll see the breath-taking Gullfoss, the queen of Iceland's waterfalls, and a visit to the Þingvellir National Park, the original site of the world’s oldest existing parliament. For other great options, be sure to check out our plethora of Iceland day tours!

Day5

Before heading to Keflavík Airport for your return flight on Icelandair, get up early to explore Reykjavík, grab some brunch or some last-minute shopping for friends and family, or yourself! Be sure to reserve your seat on the Flybus airport transfer with hotel reception the day prior.
