Icelandair We Are Here All Year Toronto Celebration

Quincy, MA, March 14, 2013 - To celebrate, Icelandair, in cooperation with Iceland Naturally, will be giving Toronto A Taste of Iceland starting March 21, 2013. A Taste of Iceland will showcase Icelandic music, cuisine and culture at select venues throughout the city through March 24, 2013.

Plus, Icelandair representatives will be hitting the streets of Toronto and surrounding areas to give away trips to Iceland! One trip for two will be given away each day on Thursday, March 21st, Friday, March 22nd, and Saturday, March 23rd.

“Like” Icelandair on Facebook, and “follow” Icelandair on Twitter to receive clues as to where each day’s tickets can be found in addition to that day’s password. The first person to arrive at the location and reveal the password will win a trip to Iceland.

This is a fun and interactive way for Icelandair to meet our neighbours in Canada and say “thank you” to our friends and fans in Toronto.

Throughout each day, Icelandair will be handing out additional prizes, including gift certificates to travel on Icelandair, t-shirts and other cool Icelandair merchandise to unsuspecting Torontonians.

Icelandair will also have additional prizes and awards for those who help spread the word by re-tweeting with the hashtag, #YYZGiveaway.
