Book this full day tour for a truly memorable adventure! Head from Reykjavik to Husafell for your ascent to the Langjökull Ice Cap where you'll begin your snowmobiling trip from the base camp at Jaki, on the west side of the glacier. After putting on the necessary clothing and required helmets, you'll drive off across the glacier's vast, snowy wasteland to marvel at the incredible surroundings. After snowmobiling, you'll walk down into a magnificent man-made Ice Cave beneath the ice cap. Until very recently what lies beneath the surface of Langjökull was a mystery, but through the combined efforts of the Iceland's top engineers and geo-physicists, all that has changed! Temperatures inside the glacier are usually around zero degrees Celsius, or 32 Fahrenheit. After snowmobiling and exploring the Ice Cave you'll head to the small village of Husafell to soak in the thermal swimming pool or relax in the hot tub.
You'll experience all this from the comfort of a new fleet of Mercedes-Benz coaches where each seat is equipped with a USB power outlet and a touch screen tablet complete with a unique "In Bus Audio Guide" available in 10 languages (Chinese, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean and Spanish). The tablets can also be used to surf the web, watch videos and more. Last but not least, you'll enjoy access to free on-board Wi-Fi!
