Your guide will share stories of the role cats have played in Icelandic culture, mischievous folklore creatures, and legendary felines to the four-legged characters that have become local celebrities in Reykjavik today. Along the route, keep an eye out for some of downtown’s best-known cats, who are often seen roaming the neighbourhoods at their own leisurely pace.
Midway through the tour, enjoy a break at Café Babalú, where coffee, hot chocolate, and Icelandic pastries provide a welcome opportunity to relax and recharge.The journey then continues through the city before ending near Hallgrímskirkja at the Einar Jónsson Sculpture Garden.
