We know that travel has become more complicated in the last few years. ‘Simply Travel’ is the name we’ve given for all the initiatives we’ve introduced to help you feel good about traveling.

If you’re considering booking a new ticket with us, it's good to know that the following applies for our fare types:

  • Economy Light ticket – no changes permitted.
  • Economy Standard ticket – date change permitted (change fee applies, fare difference may apply).
  • Economy Flex ticket – date change permitted with no change fee (fare difference may apply). Airfare refund if you need to cancel.
  • Saga Premium ticket – date change permitted (change fee applies, fare difference may apply).
  • Saga Premium Flex ticket – date change permitted with no change fee (fare difference may apply). Airfare refund if you need to cancel.

We know you have questions, and we do our best to point you to the most up-to-date information in Iceland and our destinations. We’ll also include relevant information in your pre-flight email.

Simply upload

Upload your COVID-19 travel documents in advance and enjoy a smooth start to your trip.

It’s as simple as this:

  1. Check the entry requirements for your destination.
  2. Upload your travel documents via Simply Upload, as part of the online check-in process.
  3. Have your documents approved before your trip and travel with peace of mind.

Please note: this is an optional service. If, for whatever reason, it’s not possible to approve your documents before you fly, you can still present your documents at the airport as you usually would.

Simply responsible

From disinfected planes to contactless check-in, safety is always a priority.

We work hard to ensure maximum safety during your travel, with social distancing measures, thorough cleaning of aircraft, the use of face masks, and various other measures.

Simply reassuring

If your flight is cancelled and you're stranded, we'll find you a way home.

Additionally, it's reassuring to know that some of our fare options (for example, our Economy Flex and Saga Premium Flex fares) have built-in flexibility and understanding.

Simply covered

Safeguard your travels with our cancellation protection and medical insurance.

If you'd like extra reassurance for your travels, you can choose to be covered for potential costs, such as cancellations or medical treatment during your trip (including coverage for COVID-19).
