1. Service bundles (pack of services) 

1.1. Product overview 

1.1.1. A service bundle is a packaged combination of optional travel services that may include but not limited to seat selection, pre-purchased meals, and/or pre-purchased extra bags.  

1.1.2. Service bundles and all included services are subject to availability. 

1.1.3. Service‑specific terms and conditions (e.g., baggage, meals, and seats terms and conditions) apply to the individual services included within a bundle. 

1.1.4. If there is any conflict between these terms and conditions and the service‑specific terms and conditions, the terms applicable to the included service shall take precedence. 

2. Conditions applying to service bundles 

2.1. Availability and eligible flights 

2.1.1. Service bundles are available only on flights operated by Icelandair and with an Icelandair flight number (FI).  

2.1.2. Service bundles are not available for codeshare or interline flights operated by other airlines  

2.1.3. Bundles are subject to applicable service cut-off times and availability.  

2.2. Charging and association to the booking 

2.2.1. Service bundles (and their included services) are associated with the passenger’s ticket and cannot be transferred to another passenger. Name changes are not permitted.  

2.2.2. Services subject to a fee must be charged and ticketed at the time of selection/purchase. 

2.2.3. Service bundle requests made through an Icelandair representative will incur an additional booking fee, which is non-refundable. 

3. Changes to service bundles 

3.1. Operational changes by Icelandair 

3.1.1. Icelandair reserves the right to change, reassign, or refuse any service, including services purchased as part of a bundle, where required for operational, safety, or security reasons. 

3.2. Voluntary changes made by the passenger 

3.2.1. In the event of a voluntary change, bundle services may only be transferred to a new flight if the routing remains unchanged and the applicable service‑specific terms and conditions permit the transfer. 

4. Refunds 

4.1. General refund policy 

4.1.1. Unless stated otherwise in these terms or in the terms applicable to the included services, service bundles (and included services) are non-refundable, and no refund is available for any unused portion. 

4.2.1. Fees for services may be refundable in cases where services are not delivered due to involuntary schedule change, disruptions, aircraft changes or modifications for operational, safety, or security reasons, subject to the applicable service refund rules.  

4.3. Cancellation Protection coverage 

4.3.1. If a passenger has purchased Icelandair’s Cancellation Protection Fee for the journey, the fee covers the purchase of seat selection, pre-purchased meals, and pre-purchased extra baggage in accordance with the Cancellation Protection terms. 

5. Other information 

5.1. Icelandair reserves the right to change rates and/or the terms and conditions of service bundles at any time prior to purchase.
