Through travel we connect people and places, and connections are more important now than ever. We know you have questions, so we’ve prepared a list of answers to help you plan.
If you’re considering booking a new ticket, we offer you the peace of mind of being able to change your flight at a later date. Flex fares have additional reassurance, as these permit a refund if you need to cancel.
If you book a Standard or Flex fare now, you have the option to change your booking later without a change fee. Fare difference may apply.
Please note: Economy Light tickets issued on or after April 4 2022 (based on the most recent ticketing date) cannot be changed.
This policy applies until further notice and is valid for all international flights.
