Neither deaf nor blind passengers will be assigned an exit row during the flight.
There is at least one toilet on board every aircraft that is accessible with fitted handles to make it easier to move around - please ask our cabin crew to direct you once you are onboard.
There are additional services which are offered depending on whether you are blind or deaf.
There are certain services that are offered to blind passengers as standard, including a specific safety briefing with a tactile demonstration of the safety equipment.
Deaf passengers will be provided with English subtitles for the safety briefing and all of our in-flight entertainment has subtitles available.
Please note that cabin crew may use the message function in the in-flight entertainment system for communication purposes.
Once your flight lands, you will be assisted by the staff at your destination airport.
For passengers landing in Keflavík Airport, this service is provided by Isavia.
A member of Isavia staff will escort you through the full arrivals process, from passport control to bag collection and customs.
