We are offering stranded WOW air passengers discounted Economy fares from selected destinations.
We advise passengers stranded in Iceland that have difficulties booking a flight i.e. no availability or no rescue fares, to contact the Icelandic Transport Authorities:

The Icelandic Transport Authority manages the administration of transport affairs and conducts oversight pertaining to aviation, maritime affairs, traffic and safety oversight of transport structures and navigation.
As a result of WOW air’s operational halt, we have set up discounted Economy fares for stranded passengers en route to, from, or through Iceland.
These fares will only be available for passengers who have already embarked on their journey, and have a return ticket with WOW air between 28 March and 11 April 2019.
The price for the discounted fare tickets, excluding taxes and fees:

The fare includes carry-on baggage of up to 23lbs and a checked-in bag of up to 50lbs.

We ask all stranded passengers who require assistance to fill out the form below with information about your WOW air flight. Provide a copy of your WOW air, ticket and other supporting documents, and contact us by phone or on social media.

Only passengers who have already embarked on their journey, and have a return ticket with WOW air between 28 March and 11 April 2019, are eligible for discounted Economy fare tickets.
Passengers are welcome to book any available flight on our website but if you chose to do that, we cannot guarantee the best possible fare.
