If you’re unable to use your flight ticket and need to cancel, you may be eligible for a refund. The conditions for a refund depend on the fare type you booked, and in some cases, different rules may apply. The way you booked your flight also determines how to make changes or request a cancellation:

  • If you booked directly with us, e.g. on our website or through our service center, please use the form below to request a refund.
  • If your booking includes a package or tour, please contact our Icelandair Holidays team to cancel or make changes.
  • If you booked through a third party, such as an online travel agency or travel agent, you’ll need to contact them directly, even if your flight is operated by us.
