Through travel we connect people and places, and connections are more important now than ever. We know you have questions, so we’ve prepared a list of answers to help you plan.
We understand these are uncertain times, but we don't want you to stop making travel plans. If you are considering booking a new ticket, we offer you the peace of mind of being able to change your flight at a later date.
If you book now, you have the option to change your booking later without a change fee. Fare difference may apply.
This policy applies until further notice.
We want to provide extra peace of mind for passengers who might test positive for COVID-19 in Iceland.
We will rebook a passenger for their return home, free of charge, after they have served the mandatory self-isolation period. This applies if a positive result is returned for the COVID-19 test administered upon arrival at Keflavík airport, or the second test 4-6 days after arrival (where applicable).
For more information on official procedures if a test returns a positive result, see the covid.is website published by the Icelandic authorities.
Terms and conditions:
The rules of travel are fast-changing, with governments taking necessary precautions. See our Visiting Iceland FAQ for more information on who can visit Iceland and the entry requirements (such as testing, quarantine and pre-registration). Note that visitors holding passports (or valid residency) from the Schengen area are welcome, but due to Schengen regulations we are unable to welcome US and Canadian passport-holders (with some limited exceptions). UK citizens face new rules from January 1, 2021.
Please check our flight schedule for up-to-date information on where we are flying from.
