Refund of canceled tickets

If you’re unable to use a flight ticket you've already purchased and need to cancel it, you may be eligible for a refund. Refund conditions depend on the fare type you booked. In some cases, different rules may apply.

The information below applies only to bookings made directly with us, through our website, app or service center.

If you booked your ticket through a third party (such as an online travel agency like Expedia or Agoda, or a travel agent), all changes, cancellations and refund requests must be handled directly with that third party, even if the flight is operated by us. Due to data privacy and contractual limitations, we’re not authorized to change or issue refunds for tickets booked through third parties. Please contact the company you booked with for assistance.
