Can I add or change seats in a group reservation on your website?

Meals in the economy cabin are offered for purchase. No special meals are offered to economy cabin passengers.

Do you offer free and special meals in the economy cabin?

We can’t assign seats on a codeshare flight operated by another airline.

Can I assign a seat on an Icelandair codeshare flight operated by OAL?

Icelandair has only one lounge, in Keflavik, and we are under contract with all other airport lounges servicing eligible business class passengers traveling on Icelandair flights. For any questions about lounge access and daily operations, please contact airport lounges directly.

What time does Icelandair open business class lounges and can economy passengers buy access?

We can’t accept UMNR if traveling with a connection on an interline/domestic flight.

Can I book UMNR with connection to interline/domestic flights?

If you have any questions or concerns about issued ADMs, please send a dispute to our audit department through BSP or ARC portals.
