Refund request
We've made it simple for you to request a refund on any unflown or cancelled flights. You can also opt to receive a Travel Credit Voucher and fly with us again in the near future.
To cancel your booking and request a refund, please fill out the form below.
The form allows you to apply for a full refund on all unflown flights for all passengers in the reservation, so you only have to submit one refund request per booking.
If one or more passengers still intend to travel, or if you only wish to request a partial refund, please contact our service center.
