From Reykjavík Domestic Airport, we fly to...
Nuuk (Southwest Greenland) From Iceland's capital to Greenland's capital in 3 hours and 20 minutes.
Ilulissat (West Greenland) Reach Greenland's biggest tourist destination in 3¼ hours.
Narsarsuaq (South Greenland) Be surprised by the 'garden of Greenland' after a 2¾-hour flight.

Icelandair passengers from Europe and North America land at Keflavík International Airport (KEF).
To fly to Greenland, passengers must transfer from Keflavík to Reykjavík Domestic Airport (RKV) – a distance of 50km (31 miles).
Remember to pick up your baggage at Keflavík airport and take it with you as you transfer to Reykjavík airport.
Transfer options include bus and taxi. Allow around 90 minutes for bus transfer, and about 60 minutes by taxi or private car.
The same also applies for returning flights. Collect your baggage at Reykjavík airport before transferring to Keflavík for your flight home, and allow enough time to travel between the 2 airports.

Our flights between Iceland and Greenland are operated on Bombardier aircraft, and due to their smaller size, the service on board is limited compared to that on board the larger Boeing aircraft that connect Iceland with Europe and North America.

What currency does Greenland use?
Danish kroner (DKK) is the official currency in Greenland, although some souvenir shops may accept foreign currency in notes. It is wise to have cash in DKK on you, especially when visiting small towns and settlements.
Most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Diners, Dankort, and American Express) are accepted in ATMs. For money withdrawal, you must use your PIN-code. You will find ATMs in the following towns: Nanortalik, Narsaq, Qaqortoq, Paamiut, Nuuk, Maniitsoq, Sisimiut, Kangerlussuaq, Aasiaat, Qasigiannguit, Ilulissat, Qeqertarsuaq, Uummannaq, Upernavik, Tasiilaq.
What language is spoken in Greenland?
Greenland's official language is Greenlandic (known as Kalaallisut, an Inuit language belonging to the Eskimo-Aleut language family). Most people in Greenland speak good Danish, and those who have studied abroad also speak English. Some tourist offices might have staff that speaks German or French.
