Passengers bound for the UK are required to provide their Advance Passenger Information before departure. Don't worry, we'll gather it during check-in.
For those from countries outside of the UK and Schengen area, you can check if you need a visa on the the UK government website.
If you're a citizen or permanent resident of Canada or the US, make sure you've got your permanent resident card or travel document, valid green card, and of course, your valid passport.
Citizens from visa-exempt countries, will need to fill out an eTA online before boarding their flight to Canada.
For those from countries without visa exemption, those with a foreign national passport, and stateless individuals, a visa is necessary to visit or transit through Canada.
