Increased aviation security requirements to USA

We would like to inform our passengers that as of November 1st, 2018 increased aviation security requirements will be implemented in Keflavík airport for all passengers travelling to the United States. The new requirements may include passenger short, standardized interviews. These implementations should not cause any delays, but we ask passengers to show patience and understanding while they are being implemented.

Interviews may be conducted with passengers going to the United States before check-in and consequently the check-in process may take a little longer than usual. Therefore we kindly recommend that our customers going to USA show up early for their flight.
